I waited in a Taco Bell drive through for about 20-25 minutes once, and at the Fairview Heights Taco Bell, you can't escape the clutches of the drive through once you enter. I was forced to wait it out, lest I want to hop the curb in my Cavalier. I haven't been back to a TBell since. My colon thanks me daily. Yes, customer service certainly has taken a nose dive in the past few years. They are evidentially doing you a favor by giving your food.
