		<description>Iâ€™ve never thought about Wilco in those terms, but Iâ€™d have to say that I agree. In my opinion Jeff Tweedyâ€™s best songwriting occurred as a member of Uncle Tupelo. With Jay Farrar he had a co-writer and a competitor... a Lennon/McCartney sort of thing. This relationship fueled his good songwriting and kept his bad songwriting in check. Uncle Tupelo never explored the vast sonic territories that Wilco have made their trademark, but Iâ€™d estimate UTâ€™s good songwriting ratio at around 97%.</description>
