I read a statement today that said Van Halen’s “Fair Warning” is the most underrated Van Halen album. That shocked me because most Van Halen fans I know will insist that “Fair Warning” is the best Van Halen album ever. And I would heartily agree. In fact I would say that it is far and away the best Van Halen album.

Riley told Angel the other day that he can’t play games at nick.com on daddy’s computer “because it’s missing the shockwave plug-in I need.” He’s six!

Sometimes I forget what a big dog Lilly is. Tonight we took her for a walk and people were bringing their kids out on the porch to see the huge dog walking down the street. They should have seen her dad. He was almost twice as big as she is.

I’ve been reading St. Augustine’s “Confessions” for a few weeks now. I’m only about eighty pages into it because I have to look up at least one word per paragraph in the dictionary.
