I found a software strobe tuner last week for $8.90 and the thing really works. It’s called the TB Strobe Tuner. I’ve been using it to adjust the intonation on my guitars and it sure beats paying a grand for a real strobe tuner. It also beats running your guitar to the shop ever time the weather changes, which, around here means every 15 minutes.
